This paper introduces some matters to be paid attention to when using the self-falling concrete mixer:
(1) Before the new machine is used, the systems and components shall be inspected item by item and the necessary trial operation shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the instructions for the use of the concrete mixer. Empty car operation, check the rotating direction of the mixing drum or blade, the operation of each working device, brake, confirm normal before the operation.
(2) Fixed concrete mixers shall be mounted on solid pedestal. When long-term use, should be buried anchor bolts; if short-term use, can be laid under the machine seat sleepers and find flat and stable.
(3) For mobile concrete mixers, they shall be mounted on a flat, hard floor and secured with square wood or braces, and the horizontal tyres shall be kept free of force. (6) In the use of concrete mixers, do not cause sand and gravel to fall into the running parts of the machine, so as not to cause the running parts to jam and damage.
