 II. When setting the wire, the wire is pushed into the die hole to take 3~5 mm as the standard. (Used when forming internal mold)

 III. Can press the operating switch (must be operated by both hands) OK, visual alignment. 

IV. After pressing the operation switch, the hands and articles can not be put into the mold hole, if any abnormal, please press the emergency switch immediately, the machine will automatically pick up. (middle button of operation panel)

 V. Do not bump machine switches and buttons at will during automatic operation of set parameters.

 VI. Molding products, take to prevent its deformation, in general, encountered the phenomenon of difficult to take, should be the right hand to hold the die, the left hand to hold the wire, gently lift up, so that the molding product mesh end part of the first release, and then both hands hold the die strip to take out the product, can also properly hit some release agent.

 VII. During the operation process to develop the habit of independent inspection, after the technician debugging the machine, in the machine operation, the first 15 models, must be confirmed out of the first piece before continuing the operation, the first confirmed OK, the first 1 hour of the operation to do key inspection (appearance, electrical) and so on. 

VIII. Molded products, to be neatly placed, light hold light, not extrusion and collision.
