The intellective fully automatic wall panel production line use cement or silicate cement as a gelling agent,the low carbon steel wire as reinforce,expand perlite,ceramsite,slag,fly ash,grain slag,sand as aggregate. The traditional manual drawing, ground moulding or stripping form plate process is integrated into a whole process that can be finished by the machine at one time.The advanced process technology has greatly reduced the product cost, improved the product quality and production efficiency, which is the advanced production line of lightweight partition board in domestic market. The whole systems are consists of eight parts: Intelligent batching system, automatic mixing system, intelligent material transportation system, intelligent cutting system, solar energy curing system and automatic packing system. The equipment can produce single row hole hollow partition board of 90mm、100mm、140mm、150mm、180mm thickness and 140mm、150mm、180mm double row hole hollow partition board. T and L type lightweight abnormity partition board extruder fills up the blank of wall board machinery.
