I. Inspection and preparation before commissioning 

1. check that the lubricating oil (grease) of each reducer and lubricating parts is adequate and good.

2.  check the supply voltage: rated voltage is 380V, error is ±5%.

3. check whether the wiring of the motor and electrical components is reliable, the housing of the distribution box must be reliably grounded, the other ground resistance ≤4Ω, the zero line of the power supply must be connected to the wiring board in the distribution box, and all pipelines should be properly arranged to prevent accidents caused by crushing and bruising during work.

4. check that all parts of the connection bolts are secure, especially when moving parts of the connection, if loose should be tightened immediately. Check open gear meshing is correct.

5.  check whether the belt is broken, the opening is handled and repaired in time.

6. check the mixing tank, hopper and track for foreign body accumulation.

7. prepare the water storage container, put it near the pump, put the suction valve into the container. The water quality used shall be kept clean.

   II. No-load commissioning 1. start the stirring motor, the steering of the pulley should be consistent with the sign direction, if the direction is not right, the power connection should be changed. 2. operate the discharge door handle, the discharge door opening and closing should be in place accurately. 3. point the pump motor and check the direction of rotation. 4. unscrew the pump water screw plug into the water, so that the water filled pump chamber and suction pipe, until the water can be absorbed, and then the water screw plug tightening. 

II. No-load commissioning 

1. start the stirring motor, the steering of the pulley should be consistent with the sign direction, if the direction is not right, the power connection should be changed. 2. operate the discharge door handle, the discharge door opening and closing should be in place accurately. 3. point the pump motor and check the direction of rotation. 4. unscrew the pump water screw plug into the water, so that the water filled pump chamber and suction pipe, until the water can be absorbed, and then the water screw plug tightening. 

Third, heavy load test run

1. Determine the water supply according to the required concrete ratio, and adjust the time relay to the corresponding water supply time.

2. Start the stirring motor.

3, close the discharge door, add the required mixture in the hopper, lift the hopper, the hopper should run smoothly and can stop freely in any position on the track, if there is a slippage, should first put the hopper into the bottom of the pit, and then adjust the brake motor on the big nut. After the hopper is lifted normally and the braking is reliable, feed into the mixing tank and start the pump to supply water to the mixing tank.

4. After stirring for 25-35 seconds, start the discharge door to discharge the material.

5, in the above test run process, if found abnormal situation, should immediately stop the check, troubleshoot, and then test again until normal.

4. Check the contents before each use

Whether the whole machine is stable.

Check whether the electrical grounding is good.

Check whether the water pump supplies water properly.

Stirring and lifting mechanism operation is normal.

5. Operation precautions

1. The quality of materials (including water) added each time shall not exceed the following values:

The JS500 model is 1225kg

2. After the discharge is completed and the discharge door is closed, the feed can be raised.

3, the order of feeding to the hopper should be: sand, cement, stone or stone, cement, sand.

4. At the same time of feeding, water is added to reduce the mixing time and reduce dust flying.

5. After the belt machine starts, no one is allowed to stay under the belt.

6. It is strictly prohibited for non-local drivers to operate the handle and button at will.

7, pay attention to electrical safety, prevent electrical components, wires from moisture and damage.

8, the mixing process is stopped for some reason, should immediately use manual and manual discharge device to discharge 50% of the material, find out the cause and then start.

9, in the process of operation, shall not be repaired.

10. When the warning light is on, the upper left limit switch loses its function and should be replaced or repaired in time.

11, it is strictly prohibited to run the pump in the state of no water, otherwise it will damage the mechanical seal.
