  1. laying out: before laying out the line, the dust on the ground of the construction site shall be cleaned, and then the technician shall lay out the line in the corresponding position of the ground and side wall according to the drawings provided by the partner (the deviation of axis shift shall not exceed 5 mm). Arrange the number of wall panels, size and corner of the wall and door and window frame special-shaped board. The next procedure can only be carried out after the inspection of the line by the partner.

  2. clip fixing: the joint of wall board and main wall, floor, top surface, beam and column shall be fixed with u or l type clip. When the wall board is connected with the ceiling and beam, the fixed position of the card should be at the joint of the two boards; when the wall board is connected with the adjacent main wall or column, two cards should be fixed separately at the contact between the adjacent main wall or column and the plate, and all the cards should be fixed with a nail gun.

(3) Door and window reservation and door head reinforcement: Door and window top lateral installation: according to the actual size of the door and window on the top and both sides of the door should be reserved for 5 mm allowance, the upper corner of the door should be added glass fiber mesh cloth. Door and window top lateral installation, the two ends of the plate should be held on the vertical plate, stubble not less than 150 mm, plate joint open groove, fill the binder, paste glass fiber mesh cloth. The edge holes on both sides of the door frame are filled with binder to prepare for the next step of fixing the door frame.

Cutting shall be carried out according to the horizontal line direction required by the design, the cutting depth shall not be greater than 1/2 of the thickness of the plate, but the horizontal line on both sides of the plate shall be staggered up and down, and the vertical distance shall be greater than 300 mm.. Piping wiring after buried should be timely repair trench, quality requirements and hook seam consistent for acceptance. Before sealing, the cross section should be treated with interface, then laminated with bonded plaster, and the glass fiber mesh cloth. Otherwise, we will not bear any responsibility for the wall damage caused by the random slotting without our request.

 6. small mesh cloth: plate joints must be attached 50 mm wide glass fiber mesh cloth together, corner, door and window openings, wall top must be attached 50 mm wide glass fiber mesh cloth layer, mesh cloth should be scraped, compacted. 

7. waterproofing: The waterproof treatment of floor and wall (board) of toilet bath room shall be designed and constructed by Party A according to the project) If the toilet bath room and other humidity room, the wall must do waterproof treatment, its height should not be less than 1800 mm.. c20 fine stone cement base (its height is 10 cm) is also needed to be prefabricated, and the partition board is installed on the c20 fine stone cement base according to the atlas requirements, and the flooding treatment is done.
