1 Before each shift, the hoist wire rope, pulley block, anchor, steel fixture, electrical equipment, etc. must be checked to confirm safety before operation. 

2 The stress and elongation values shall be controlled in accordance with the requirements of safety technology. 

3 Protective baffles shall be installed at the front of the hoist and at both ends of the cold-drawn steel bar.

4 When the hoist is in operation, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to approach the wire rope of the cold drawing steel bar and the traction steel bar.

5 When pulling cold, a special person shall be on duty. No one is allowed within 3 meters on both sides of steel bar and at both ends of cold drawing line. It is forbidden to cross steel bar or wire rope. 

6 The steel bar must be fastened when pulling cold, and the machine can not be started until the personnel leave. When the slip wire is found, it must stop and relax the steel bar before processing.

7 The distance between the open pulley and the hoist shall not be less than 5 m for the guide pulley.
