The machine gathers distributing material vibrating forming and demolding processes of the lightweight partition wall panel into one. The main motor transfers power to the reducer through the belt pulley.The output shaft of the reduction gearbox drives the helical churning knife to rotate in the forming cavity which consists of machine frame (wall board) vibration machine (vibrator) and pedestal.the lightweight mixtures is transported continuously from hoppers to forming cavities.It is subjected to the dual action of the helical churning knife (augers)extrusion and the vibrator continuous vibration in the forming cavity.with producing resonance the wall panel can achieve the requirements of shape size and density through be squeezed and compacted continuously.At the same time compacted wall panel produces the reaction force to the rotating churning knife and pushes the extruder forward continuously thus realizing the continuous production of wall panel. The upper surface of wall panel is polished by the forming scraper at the end of the machine.
