The traditional manual drawing, ground moulding or stripping form plate process is integrated into a whole process that can be finished by the machine at one time. The advanced process technology has greatly reduced the product cost, improved the product quality and production efficiency, which is the advanced production line of lightweight partition board in domestic market.

1、Automated design:
The automatic production line realize the signal set, information feedback, digital conversion, centralized control, central computer automatic production batch, closed circuit operation integration from the feeding, transportation, module on-line, extrusion molding, products offline, curing, separation, and packaging. Only4-6 operators can runthe whole production line.
2、Humanized control: This automatic production line adopts PC and converter automatic control technology.It is easy and convenient to operate through the touch human-machine interface.At the same time, the adjustable parameters, production speed of and the density of products can be adjusted and controlled in the production line to meet the production demands of different materials.

The automatic production line uses electric and pneumatic power source, the key parts of the production line are internationally renowned components, and the automatic control center monitors strictly each production link in the production process to ensure the smooth and reliable operation.

The partition wall board is developing toward the characteristics of automatic, scale, clean and precise manufacturing.
二、The whole system is consists of eight parts:
1.Automatic mixing and batching system
Automatic mixing and batching system is comprised of vertical planetary mixer,electronic batching machine, cement weighing machine, water spray separator and so on.
It can realize automatic batching, automatic water mixing and automatic feeding, which ensures the stability of material properties. At the same time, the mixing system is separated from other equipment, which reduces the noise in the workshop and avoids dust pollution, then realizes clean production.
2.Automatic lifting and palletising system
There are two parts in the lifting system, the upper lifting unit is responsible for hoisting the steel molding plateinto the conveyor for palletizing. The down listing system put the cut wall board in good order ,then the wall boards will be sent to curing kiln by ferry vehicle.
3.The extruding and forming system
The extruder machine adopts multi-dimensional frequency conversion vibration and vector control extrusion technology. The models can be debugged and updated according to production tasks.
The equipment can produce single row hole hollow partition board of 90mm、100mm、140mm、150mm、thickness and 140mm、150mm、double row hole hollow partition board. It meets the needs of domestic and overseas customers greatly.
4.Automatic cutting system
The automatic cutting system adopts the variable frequency motor reciprocating drive technology, and the first cutter cut the wall board into the preset length under the control of the automatic center. The operation is stable and reliable; the movement is accurate and accurate, scientific and reasonable. The secondary cutting is used to trim the products after first cutting , and cut the products into a certain length. And the cut concrete is sent back to the molding machine by the residual material recovery device, which can be reused.
5.Transfer system
The transportation system adopts electric and pneumatic combination by the automatic control center, the ferry car shuttles between the down lifting unit, the curing kiln and the separation inversion system, which has the function of stack and transportation.
6.Curing system
With solar heat steam curing ways, the curing kiln adjusts the curing temperature of each step automatically according to the science temperature control curve. The wall slab can be out of the kiln after 12 to 16 hours of maintenance and used in 72 hours.After the automatic curing system, the hydration reaction of wall board is sufficient.The compressive strength index of the wallboard can reach above 95% of the final strength (the index requirement of 28 days of natural curing).
7.separating and turnover system
The wall boards get separated from the template with separating and overturning system after curing, and the wallboard pallet to flip device Wallboard to the expected number by the turn-over device the flip side. Finally, the finished wall boards are packaged automatically. The templates fall into clean transport system automatically.
8.electrical control system
The various systems can be operated by the general console in the production line.The key equipment also has a signal sensor to collect information. And transfer information continuously to the control center.The central computer batches the information and issue instructions to command the systems cooperate with each other, achieving continuous operation of the whole production line.
