The highways, urban rail transit, the sides of villages and towns, and the places around rural courtyards and other places need to be enclosed by walls, and the quality and shape of the materials used for walls are also improving.And the walls that use brick and concrete to build through human body , the material cost and labor cost are higher, and to artificial skill requirement is higher, the consistency of modelling is difficult to ensure, whole strength is alsolower , service life is short.In order to solve this problem, the company designed and developed a fence column machine/wall cap machine.
This machine has reasonable design, high degree of automation, convenient operation, high production efficiency, low production cost, low skill requirements for workers, consistent product shape, high overall strength, long service life.and the plate length can be arbitrarily cut according to customer requirements.The machine gathers distributing material, vibrating, forming, and demolding processes of the lightweight partition wall panel into one. The main motor transfers power to the reducer through the belt pulley.The output shaft of the reduction gearbox drives the helical churning knife to rotate in the forming cavity which consists of machine frame (wall board), vibration machine (vibrator) and pedestal.the lightweight mixtures is transported continuously from hoppers to forming cavities.It is subjected to the dual action of the helical churning knife (augers)extrusion and the vibrator continuous vibration in the forming cavity.with producing resonance, the wall panel can achieve the requirements of shape, size and density through be squeezed and compacted continuously.At the same time, compacted wall panel produces the reaction force to the rotating churning knife, and pushes the extruder forward continuously, thus realizing the continuous production of wall panel. The upper surface of wall panel is polished by the forming scraper at the end of the machine.
