PCD hammer crusher is mainly used for crushing various medium hard materials with weak corrosion resistance.The compressive strength of the material shall not exceed 100MPa and the moisture content shall be less than 15%.The crushed materials are coal gangue slag and waste board.It can also be used to break fiber structure elastic and strong toughness of broken wood paper or broken asbestos cement waste to recover asbestos fiber and so on.In addition hammer crusher can not only be used in crushing production line sand-making production line but also can replace cone crusher in mineral processing production line.It is a necessary equipment for partition wall panel production line.

Working principle

The main working part of hammer crusher is rotor with hammer (also called hammerhead).The rotor consists of a spindle a disc a pin shaft and a hammer.The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber.

The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the hit impact shear and grinding action of the high-speed hammer.Below the rotor there is a sieve plate and the particles in the crushed materials smaller than the size of the sieve hole are discharged through the sieve plate and the coarse particles larger than the size of the sieve hole remain on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer and finally discharged from the machine through the sieve plate.
