4. each active part should be filled with butter, the belt roller is removed and refueled once a year. 

5. must stop and cut off the total power when overhauling the machine. 

6. Batching control instrument should be equipped with rain and sun protection facilities.

7. In order to prevent sand and stones from mixing with bars, big stones and other sundries, so as not to damage the conveyor belt.

8. In order to ensure the safety of the batching controller, do not use it under severe weather conditions such as heavy rain and thunder, turn off the main power supply, and remove the connection between the sensor and the batching controller.

9. Supply voltage fluctuation must be less than -10% ~ +5%.

10. The weighing system shall be calibrated at least every year according to the nominal method in the specification of batching controller to ensure the accuracy of weighing.
